Up here on the incredible shores of Lake Superior we tend to celebrate and honor summer, it is not long here, but we love it…which means we stay up later, we drink more, dip into the chips and BBQ, and enjoy that wonderful delicious ice cream….so how is that working for us? When we take the time to sit back, and really relax, we sometimes start to notice things, pains, joints are stiff, muscles are tight. Here are two focuses this post…YOGA and MASSAGE! These two health components can transform you…literally.
